Blend all your ingredients together at a medium-high speed until the ice is thoroughly blended and the sugar has dissolved. Once done, pour the mixture into a glass and top it off with some whipped cream.
Simply whip 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar until stiff peaks form. Transfer it to a piping bag and give your drink a fancy touch by swirling the cream on top. Dust with a bit of instant coffee if desired and enjoy!
