Today, I'm sharing a super easy 2-ingredient peanut butter fudge recipe. A scrumptious fudge with only two items from your pantry!

To make this easy recipe, you will start by lining the sides and bottom of an 8x8 or 9x9 inch square pan with wax paper. Alternatively, use aluminum foil. Set aside

Next, soften the peanut butter placing the jar of peanut butter in the microwave in 10-second intervals. Peanut butter should be soft and warm, not hot and runny.

Likewise, soften your frosting in the microwave, making sure you remove any metal bits from the lid to avoid any microwave mishaps.

Once both are softened, mix them together in a medium-sized bowl. Give it a good stir, until fully combined.

Pour your fudge mixture into your prepared pan. Use a spatula to level the top and make it even. Optional: sprinkle with sea salt for extra flavor.

Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 2-3 hours, or until the fudge is set. You can also leave it in the fridge overnight.

Once the fudge is firm and set, use the parchment paper overhangs to lift it out of the pan. Place it on a cutting board and use a sharp knife to cut it into squares or triangles.
