Using a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with an electric mixer at medium-high speed for 1 minute, or until it is creamy and no lumps are visible. Then, add the pumpkin pureé and mix until just combined. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
Once the pumpkin is added, sift the powdered sugar into the pumpkin mixture and mix on medium speed, until reaching a fluffy texture. About 30 seconds to 1 minute.
