This recipe takes advantage of frozen bananas, resulting in a moist and delicious loaf. Plus, it's all made in a single bowl, making cleanup super easy

Oil and dust a loaf or bread pan with flour. Alternatively, you can line it with parchment paper. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Begin by thawing in the microwave the bananas and draining any excess liquid. Then, using a fork, mash the bananas until no large lumps remain; small lumps are ok.

In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oil, vanilla extract, and large eggs, stirring until well mixed. Next, add the cinnamon, all-spice, and sugar to the mixture, and stir until incorporated.

Carefully add the baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour to the wet ingredients, and mix until just combined. Use a rubber spatula to scrape the bottom of the mixing bowl.

Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, and sprinkle walnuts on top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
