French press method: Place the coffee grounds in the French press. Pour water over them until they're completely covered. Give it a gentle stir with a spoon, making sure the grounds are well-soaked. Cover the French press with the lid, but don't push down the plunger just yet. Pop it in the fridge for at least 8 to 24 hours.
When it's done steeping, gently press the plunger down to separate the coffee grounds from the liquid. The mesh filter in the French press does the trick, keeping the grounds at the bottom while you pour out your cold-brew coffee.
Switch on your handheld milk frother or immersion blender and move it up and down until your cream is nice and fluffy. It should take around 1-2 minutes. If you're using a French press, just pump the plunger up and down until the cream gets frothy and fluffy.
