Crust:    To begin, prepare the crust by combining all the crust ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture resembles wet sand and all ingredients are well incorporated.

Transfer the cookie crumbs to a 9-inch pie plate and firmly press them down. Ensure the crust covers both the bottom and sides of the pan, Freeze while making the caramel layer.
