This is an amazing twist for any dessert; it’s a tangy, not-so-sweet and creamy frosting, with a kick of goat cheese. It pairs perfectly with any chocolate cake, carrot cake, any spiced cake or red velvet

Over a large bowl of an electric mixer (or hand mixer) with the paddle attachment, cream butter on medium speed for 1 minute, until light and fluffy.

Add cream cheese and goat cheese and beat until well combined. Add salt, vanilla, lemon juice, and confectioners' sugar. Beat until beat until incorporated and until all lumps are gone. Do not overbeat!
