This Earl Grey ice cream is sweet and creamy, with the perfect amount of earl grey flavor. Pair it with other desserts or by itself

Over a medium- sized pan heat milk, when it starts to simmer add the tea bags and let them steep for 5 min. Squeeze them to keep all flavors before discarding

Add sugar and mix until it dissolves completely. Heat milk again if needed

Add heavy cream, vanilla, salt and mix. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Churn for 20 min or according to manufacturer’s directions. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours before serving
