6cupswater
3bagsgreen tea

Instructions
Start by making your lemon syrup. Squeeze the fresh lemon juice into a large heat-safe pitcher. Add the sugar and stir well to combine. Let the mixture sit while you prepare the tea — this gives the sugar time to begin dissolving. Stir again after a few minutes until the sugar is fully dissolved and no grains remain at the bottom.
9 large lemons, 1 cup(200g) granulated sugar
Bring 1 cup of water to a gentle boil, then pour it over the green tea bags in a heat-safe cup or bowl. Let the tea steep for 10–15 minutes for a stronger flavor. Remove the tea bags and discard them. Allow the tea to cool completely to room temperature before using.
6 cups(1.4l) water, 3 bags green tea
Once the sugar has dissolved, add the remaining water to the pitcher and stir. Pour in the cooled green tea concentrate and mix gently until fully combined.
Add ice to the pitcher or to individual glasses. Stir once more and serve cold. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or lemon slices if desired.
