Instructions
Cold brew with french press
Place the coffee grounds in the French press. Pour water over them until they're completely covered.
1/4 cup(22.5g) ground coffee, 1 cup(236.6ml) filtered water
Give it a gentle stir with a spoon, making sure the grounds are well-soaked. Cover the French press with the lid, but don't push down the plunger just yet. Pop it in the fridge for at least 8 to 24 hours.
When it's done steeping, gently press the plunger down to separate the coffee grounds from the liquid. The mesh filter in the French press does the trick, keeping the grounds at the bottom while you pour out your cold-brew coffee.
Pumpkin cold foam
In a bowl or a measuring cup, combine the heavy cream, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, pumpkin puree, and spices.
1/3 cup(78.9ml) heavy whipping cream, 1/8 cup(29.6ml) skim milk, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon(1tablespoon) pure maple syrup, 1 tablespoon natural pumpkin pureé, 1/4 teaspoon(0.3teaspoon) cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon(0.3teaspoon) nutmeg
Switch on your handheld milk frother or immersion blender and move it up and down until your cream is nice and fluffy. It should take around 1-2 minutes. If you're using a French press, just pump the plunger up and down until the cream gets frothy and fluffy.
To assemble
Grab a glass, add ice, add the maple syrup, and vanilla extract, and pour your chilled cold brew coffee into it. Leave some space at the top for the creamy foam.
1 teaspoon(1teaspoon) pure vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
Spoon the pumpkin cold foam on top of your cold brew, stir, and enjoy!

Expert tips for the best cold coffee drink
Opt for good quality ingredients: using high quality ingredients make or break your cold brew. Opt for the best quality your can find for best results
Nail the perfect ratio: Play around with various coffee-to-water ratios until you discover your ideal coffee flavor strength. As a general guideline, aim for 1 cup of coarsely ground coffee for every 4 cups of cold water, but don't hesitate to tweak it to match your personal taste.
Don't skip the steeping: Let your cold brew hang out in the fridge for at least 8 to 24 hours. This extended steeping time is where the magic happens, as it extracts the most delicious flavors and delivers a silky, low-acid brew.
Use cool milk and cream: For the ultimate frothy finish, make sure your heavy cream and milk are nicely chilled before you get started for better results.
