Ingredients
12ouncesSemi sweet Chocolate bar, chopped in equally sized pieces
1tablespooncoconut oil
8ouncesmacadamia nuts
1/8teaspoonSea salt
Instructions
Prepare 2 cookie sheets lined with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or a microwave-safe bowl. Take a look at some tips and tricks on how to melt chocolate here.
12 ounces (340.2 g) Semi sweet Chocolate bar, chopped in equally sized pieces, 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Over a large mixing bowl, add the cold nuts and the melted chocolate and mix with a wooden spoon until nuts are completely covered. Using a 1 1/2 Tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop some of the chocolate mixture and place it over the lined baking sheet, then sprinkle with sea salt on top. Repeat this process until all of the mixture is gone. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate is completely set.
