Ingredients
1sheetfrozen puff pastry
1/4Cupgranulated sugar
1/2teaspooncinnamon
2teaspoonsbuttermelted
1/16CupPowdered sugar for dustingoptional
Instructions
Let the puff pastry thaw for 30 to 40 minutes until easy to handle. Pre-heat oven to 350 F and spray 8 cupcake tins with cooking spray
1 sheet frozen puff pastry
Mix sugar, cinnamon and butter, until a thick paste is formed. Spread the sugar mixture in the middle of the pastry, then fold the sides in
Cut pastry into 1 inch strips, then cut each strip down a line in the middle, leaving the pastry attached at the top. Twist the pastry together, and then roll it to form a knot
Place each knot in one of the cupcake tins and bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired
