Do you have to thaw Puff Pastry before baking?
Puff pastry needs to be thawed before using; you can leave it in the counter for 30 to 40 minutes, until it’s easy to handle and doesn’t brake.
You can also thaw it overnight in the fridge, which helps the pastry soften but not too much. If it’s still not pliable enough, leave it on the counter for 5 to 10 minutes.
