Earl Grey Ice Cream
This Earl Grey ice cream turned out amazing! creamy, sweet and with the perfect amount of earl grey flavor. Use it to pair it with your favorite bakes, or just by itself, either way its a win!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup full fat milk
- 3 tea bags earl grey tea
- 2/3 Cup granulated sugar
- 2 Cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Over a medium- sized pan heat milk, when it starts to simmer add the tea bags and let them steep for 5 min. Squeeze them to keep all flavors before discarding1 1/2 Cup (354.9 ml) full fat milk, 3 tea bags earl grey tea
- Add sugar and mix until it dissolves completely. Heat milk again if needed2/3 Cup (133.3 g) granulated sugar
- Add heavy cream, vanilla, salt and mix. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours⠀2 Cups (473.2 ml) heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon (0.3 teaspoon) salt
- Churn for 20 min or according to manufacturer’s directions. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours before serving
