Add-ins and substitutions for this golden maca latte
Coconut Sugar: If you don't have coconut sugar on hand, you can substitute it with pure maple syrup or a bit of honey. These alternatives will still provide a natural sweetness to your latte.
Maca Coffee: To turn your maca latte into a coffee-flavored version, simply add a shot of espresso. This will give your latte a rich coffee taste while retaining the maca's health benefits.
Chocolate Maca: If you want a chocolate twist, mix in some cocoa powder. It will add chocolate flavor to your maca latte, creating a different flavor profile.
Coconut Maca: To infuse a hint of coconut flavor, stir in a tablespoon coconut oil (preferably mct oil). This will provide healthy fats and antioxidant properties.
Green Tea Maca: For a green tea-infused maca latte, steep a green tea bag in your hot milk for about 3 minutes, then add the rest of your maca latte ingredients. This will give your latte a soothing green tea flavor along with the benefits of maca.
