3/4Cupdark chocolatePaleo friendly chocolate chips, melted (I used Lilys Sweets)
3/4Cupcoconut oilmelted
3largeeggsroom temperature
1Cupmonk fruit sugar1:1 ratio to normal sugar
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
2Cupsalmond flour
2tablespoonscocoa powder
1/2Cupshelled pistachioschopped
1/2Cuppaleo friendly chocolate chips
Ganache
1/2Cupcoconut oil
3tablespoonspure maple syrup
1/4teaspoonsalt
3/4Cuppaleo friendly dark chocolate chips

Instructions
Brownies:
Pre-heat oven to 350 F and line with parchment paper a 8x8 in pan
Combine melted chocolate and oil. Add eggs, sugar and mix until sugar is dissolved
3/4 Cup(131.3g) dark chocolate, 3/4 Cup(177.4ml) coconut oil, 3 large eggs, 1 Cup(120g) monk fruit sugar
Add vanilla, flour and cocoa powder, and mix until combined. Mix in chocolate chips and pistachios
