These granola bars are super easy to make, filled with almonds, oats, goji berries, hemp seeds and flax seeds; all this held together with semi sweet chocolate.It's like you're eating a healthier version of a candy bar!

Ingredients
1 1/2CupOats (gluten free if needed)
1/2CupGoji berries
1/4Cupflaxseeds
1/4Cuphemp seeds
1/2Cupwhole natural almonds
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1/4teaspoonsalt
1Tablespoonmelted coconut oil
1/2CupPure Maple Syrup
2Cupssemi-sweet chocolatepaleo friendly
1/4Cuppure Almond butter
1/4teaspoonSea salt
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F, line a cookie sheet and a 8x8 in baking pan with parchment paper and set aside
In a medium sized bowl, combine oats, goji berries, flax seeds, hemp, almonds, vanilla extract, salt, coconut oil and maple syrup. Place in a lined baking sheet, distribute evenly and bake for 20 minutes. Let cool slightly and return to bowl
In the meantime, in a medium sized sauce pan on very low heat, melt chocolate and almond butter and combine, until smooth
2 Cups(350g) semi-sweet chocolate, 1/4 Cup(62.5g) pure Almond butter
Add melted chocolate to granola and mix until everything is well coated. Press tightly into prepared 8x8 in pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until completely set. Cut in even sized bars, sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy
