How to make Chocolate and Strawberry Oatmeal
First, grab a medium-sized container (preferably with a lid), and mix the old fashioned oats, milk, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and maple syrup until everything is well combined.
At this point you can try a bit and decide if you want to add more maple syrup
Cover the container and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, place oatmeal in jars, top with strawberries and drizzle with maple syrup if desired
To make this Chocolate and Strawberry Oatmeal gluten free, simply replace the old fashioned oats for gluten free oats, the results should be the same.
If you don’t have pure maple syrup at hand, regular honey or any sweetener will work.
