Simple, fresh and a healthier option for a summer drink!
In need of a quick, easy and healthier option to freshen up? look no further! this super Easy Strawberry lemonade has all of that and more!
I made it with freshly squeezed lemon juice and fresh strawberries, which gives that beautiful pink color.
To sweeten it, I used Monk Fruit, but feel free to use any sweetener of your choice or just swap it for granulated sugar.
You’ll need only 4, very basic, ingredients:
First, squeeze all of your lemon until you reach 3/4 Cup; then clean and cut your strawberries
Next, measure your sweetener and water; add all of your ingredients into a blender and blend until no strawberry chunks are left
Lastly, serve with ice and enjoy!
For this recipe, swap your fresh strawberries for frozen strawberries, to end up with a very cold, more smoothie-like Strawberry lemonade.
The Monk Fruit can also be replaced by any sweetener of your choice, just make sure it’s a 1:1 ratio with sugar or you could end up with an extremely sweet lemonade.
In addition, you canalso use granulated sugar, using the same amount.
