How to make no Churn ice cream for the Holiday season?
The base of a no churn ice cream is with Heavy whipping cream that will be turned into whipped cream to introduce air bubbles into the mixture, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract and salt. From there you add the different flavors to make your ice cream unique.

This homemade ice cream is tart and sweet, with a delicious cranberry swirl made out of homemade cranberry compote, and with mixed cranberry sauce in every spoon.
It can be made with either frozen cranberries of fresh ones, and it has all of the seasonal ice cream flavors!
Pair this ice cream during the Christmas season with Christmas cookies, gingerbread cookies or any classic holiday cookie; pair it during Thanksgiving with a delicious pumpkin bread, sugar cookies, apple pie or pumpkin pie.

This homemade pumpkin ice cream has an ice cream base made with heavy whipping cream and sweetened condensed milk, which helps give a soft texture after frozen, without the need of an ice cream machine. It has 100% pumpkin purée and pumpkin pie spice, which reminisce of pumpkin pie flavor.

This delicious peppermint ice cream is the perfect dessert for the winter months, with peppermint candies and all of the flavors of Christmas!
it’s a crowd pleaser, perfect for kids and adults alike, with small pieces of candy cane that look like festive sprinkles, and a minty flavor to it.

Coffee Liqueur Brownie Ice Cream

I would catalogue this ice cream like a perfect adult ice cream. There’s coffee, booze and brownie involved, which makes it pretty perfect!

Caramel Bourbon Oreo Ice Cream

This is the perfect addition to your holiday dinner table. Once again, booze takes over this delicious dessert! the pairing of caramel and bourbon makes one of my favorite flavor combos, with the flavors complimenting each other in a delicious way.
To give it a bit of crunchy flavor, I added Oreos to the mix, and who doesn’t like Oreos? they give a chocolatey and crunchy flavor to this creamy ice cream.
Mexican Hot Chocolate Tequila Ice Cream

The name of this ice cream tells it all! it’s an ice cream version of a Hot chocolate, but lets make it Mexican and with a kick of tequila.
Mexican hot chocolate is spicier, with a more intense chocolate flavor and with a more granular texture compared with regular hot chocolate. Just like that, this ice cream has cinnamon and cayenne pepper, and the best part, tequila to round all of the flavors up.

Expert tips for making the perfect no churn ice cream
- Freeze the metal bowl and whisk attachment for 10 minutes before whipping the heavy cream for a quicker process.
- You can customize the texture of your ice cream! For a creamier ice cream, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. For a firmer ice cream beat it until stiff peaks form.
- Make sure your ice cream mixture is very well covered -in an airtight container- before going into the freezer. This avoids having ice crystals and freezer burn
- Let set your ice cream in the freezer for at least 6 hours before serving. If you’re freezing in a loaf pan, make sure to cover very well with a plastic wrap.
Make the Banana Bourbon and Pumpkin Ice cream for your Thanksgiving dinner. Or the Cranberry and candy cane Ice creams for your Christmas table. And the alcohol added ice creams for New Year’s. I bet all of them will be a success!
